SHIPPING TIMETABLE

Most orders ship within 2 business days.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 7 days and I’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Please email morganswankstudio@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. You can exchange your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, please send a photo and description of damage to morganswankstudio@gmail.com. I will then provide you with a replacement order for the damaged goods. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Data collected through Shopify and Google Analytics will only ever be used internally to provide the best and friendliest website experience. Your information will never be sold or distributed to a third party.
